Terms of Service

Welcome to the website of Abba's Arbor Care LLC. By accessing this website or approving written service scopes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Work & Written Estimates

All tree service contracts are executed according to an agreed-upon, itemized written proposal. Any modifications, additional branch removals, or unforeseen subsurface obstacles (buried boulders, foundations, utilities) not disclosed prior to work will be documented in a written change order approved by the property owner before execution.

2. Property Boundaries & Ownership

The client warrants that all trees, limbs, and brush designated for removal or pruning are situated on property owned by the client or that explicit legal authorization has been granted by neighboring owners.

3. Underground Utilities & Underground Lines

For stump grinding and excavation operations, we coordinate with Missouri One Call (811) for public utility marks. The property owner is responsible for identifying and marking private underground lines (sprinkler heads, landscape lighting, invisible dog fences, septic lateral fields).

4. Insurance & Liability

Abba's Arbor Care LLC maintains $2,000,000 in Commercial General Liability insurance along with statutory Workers' Compensation coverage. We are not liable for incidental settlement of lawns or minor turf indentations caused by heavy equipment when composite ground mats are refused by the client.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the approved scope of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept standard payment methods. For emergency storm insurance claims, client remains responsible for payment in the event of insurer denial or deductibles.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any legal proceedings arising from contracted services shall be conducted within Jackson County, MO.
